rizz
Charisma, specifically the flirting kind. Short for 'charisma'. To 'have rizz' is to effortlessly charm; to be 'rizzless' is a fate worse than death.
skibidi
Meaningless intensifier from a viral animated series. Can mean good, bad, weird, or nothing at all. Context is entirely vibes-based.
fanum tax
The act of taking a bite of a friend's food without asking. Named after streamer Fanum. Applies to fries especially.
delulu
Delusional, affectionately. Living in a fantasy — usually about a crush, a comeback, or a career pivot that will never happen. 'Delulu is the solulu.'
NPC
Non-player character. Someone acting on autopilot, running the same three scripts. Can be self-applied on a bad Monday.
cooked
Doomed, exhausted, or thoroughly defeated. 'I've been up since 4am, I am cooked.' Can also mean 'in trouble'.
villain arc
The moment you stop being nice about it. A protagonist's descent into unbothered self-interest. Usually announced, rarely committed to.
brain AFK
The lights are on, nobody's home. Physically present, cognitively away from keyboard. The natural state of a glazed human.
mid
Aggressively mediocre. Not bad enough to hate, not good enough to defend. The worst thing a piece of media can be.
sigma
A lone-wolf archetype from the 'male hierarchy' meme complex. Mostly ironic. Occasionally sincere. Always cringe.
gyatt
An exclamation of appreciation, typically for a physique. Derived from 'goddamn'. Yell responsibly.
no cap
No lie. 'For real.' 'Cap' is a lie; 'no cap' is the truth. 'Cap' predates the current era but survived the migration.
bussin
Delicious. Originally food-specific, now applied to anything that goes hard.
slay
To do something exceptionally well. Universal. Can be sincere, sarcastic, or fully hollow. Depends on tone.
ick
A sudden, involuntary loss of attraction triggered by a specific behavior. 'He chased the ball at bowling. Immediate ick.'
core memory
A moment small enough to be forgettable and vivid enough to never be. Borrowed from Inside Out, now used for anything mildly nostalgic.
